University Graduation Ceremony
TEMPORARY ACCESS TO THE GRADUATION VENUE
REQUIREMENT:
A marquee company required a temporary wheelchair ramp and step unit to their graduation tent and recognised the advantages of our steel modular systems, including:
- Reconfiguration & Reuse: Can be adapted and reused in future graduation events, offering long-term cost benefits.
- Waste Minimisation: Being reusable systems, they reduce waste and avoid contributing to landfills.
- Ease of Dismantling: Similar to a Meccano kit, our systems are constructed from individual components which can be dismantled in just a few hours, simplifying the removal process.
- Eco-Friendly: Our steel modular systems are much more sustainable option compared to single-use wood or concrete alternatives that end up in landfills. By choosing our systems, the company made a responsible choice that helps reduce waste and protect the environment.
DESIGN PHASE:
We provided a quote and created a 2D plan and 3D CAD drawing illustrating the systems in situ based on the measurements provided by the marquee company.
INSTALLATION:
The ramp and step unit were swiftly designed, selected, packaged, and transported to the site, ready for installation.
The company’s own fitting team then assembled the components using our step-by-step video guide.

- Standard Colour: Black - Our systems feature a powder-coated black finish, ensuring durability surpassing typical paint.
- Standard Handrail -This handrail is designed for hand gripping, offering stability and support.

- Step Unit - An excellent addition to any ramp installation, offering access for able-bodied users. It can also function as a standalone unit, independent of the Rapid Ramp System.
