We understand that you care about this question, and ensuring the safety of your clients while using our product is as crucial to us as it is to you. With that in mind, our modular ramp has undergone a weight-loading test, proving to support a recommended loading capacity of 1,000 kg.

What was involved in the weight loading test, and what were the findings?

An incredible 3,000 kg load of blocks were stacked onto our widest metal platform (1,500 mm), designed for public pedestrian use. The platform and handrail successfully experienced no sign of failure, showcasing its exceptional strength and durability. Although our ramp successfully supported 3,000 kg during the testing, we recommend a safe working load of 1,000 kg.

It’s also worth noting that this was a single module, the structural performance is only increases as more modules & turns are added to configure a ramp.
