At Rapid Ramp, our estimate provides you with an early approximate price based on the initial information. In contrast, our quotation is a fixed price determined after a comprehensive site assessment. A quote also includes CAD drawings of the system, which you can present to your client.

What information do I need to provide for a ramp estimate?

The initial information we ask for includes:

  • Basic measurements, such as threshold height.
  • Photos, including exterior shots from a distance and ones from the inside looking out towards the installation area.
  • Drawings, whether basic sketches or architectural plans of the proposed system layout.
  • Your chosen service package, whether it's rental, supply & install, or supply only.

Our rule of thumb is the more information you provide, the faster we can deliver your estimate—typically within 24 hours.

When can I request a ramp quotation?

You can request a quote as early as your first contact with us. To provide a fixed-price quotation, we will need to schedule a site assessment. Your quotation will include:

  • CAD drawings of your system that you can present to your client.
  • A written specification.
  • An Environmental Product Declaration.

Please note: The cost of the survey is deducted from the final price of the ramp and installation.
